GForce.CRM (for Microsoft Groove Office or Groove Virtual Office) Distributed Layouts – Collaboration Reporting

One of the many revolutionary features in GForce®CRM, is the ability to create and seamlessly distribute layouts (Simple Reporting). A GForce Layout is a defined grid pattern, in other words, a Layout defines how the data is displayed in the grid and can be defined by fields, sort conditions, and filter criteria. These Layouts (or Reports) can be saved locally or can be distributed to all your employees or team members, all in a non-intrusive way, seamlessly handle by the power Microsoft Groove Office.


Arrange your data fields by drag and dropping the grid columns to desired positions. You can also choose different fields by right-clicking the grid columns and choosing fields from the drop down.


Once your grid is designed, choose "Save Layouts" from the Layout menu.




Give your Layout a meaningful name and select whether to save it as Personal or Public (Global) Layout.









To view the Layout, select the Layout menu, then Global and the Layout name.
